Swimming–A Release from Reality
SWIMMING is such a big deal for me:
- It takes me back to when I was growing up with my Mom. She took us for swims at the pool and the beach. Seeing families there reminds me of the good times.
- My Mom sent me to swimming lessons. My sinus had to kick in and she stopped it. What I remember from those lessons, I use them now.
- I take pride in what I can teach myself: copywriting and swimming. I realise my dreams for a degree is faint. So I resort to the next best thing: what I can do for myself.
- The physical act of swimming removes gravity. It permits me to a stress-free environment.
Swimming is my escape. What is yours?
