Swimming–A Release from Reality

SWIMMING is such a big deal for me:

  1. It takes me back to when I was growing up with my Mom. She took us for swims at the pool and the beach. Seeing families there reminds me of the good times.
  2. My Mom sent me to swimming lessons. My sinus had to kick in and she stopped it. What I remember from those lessons, I use them now.
  3. I take pride in what I can teach myself: copywriting and swimming. I realise my dreams for a degree is faint. So I resort to the next best thing: what I can do for myself.
  4. The physical act of swimming removes gravity. It permits me to a stress-free environment.

Swimming is my escape. What is yours?
